I recently had a lower back issue that would not correct itself with my usual chiropractor visits. I enlisted the help of Josie who is a physiotherapist. She was extremely helpful with my back issues. She gave me exercises after each appointment that I should do, at first once a day, then twice a day. The most helpful part was that she shared with Zhanna what she was working on with me and Zhanna came to my aid as well in each yoga or pilates class I did with exercises that supported what I needed to work on. This double approach was what I needed to finally get my back sorted out. I am very thankful for their knowledge, their expertise and their support!

Thank you for being such a patient, wonderful and amazing yoga teacher. I really appreciate all your classes and your online classes on zoom in these challenging times are such a reprieve. They are interactive and I feel that I am in the studio when you correct my posture while watching it on your screen. I also like how you focus on strengthening each part of the body and mind to face difficulties like these. I also think its a good idea of yours to share recorded videos for us to practice later.
